Galapagos Islands

This is a delightfully fragrant coffee. Its aromas are all sweetness, caramel and spices with a hint of pine. In the cup it’s mildly bright with bits of lemon and tangerine citrus acidity. The flavour is fairly lush and layered and offers notes of graham cracker, and light brown sugar sweetness. With only 5,000 bags exported per year this coffee is a rare treat.
